Property transfer is the process when ownership of the property will be transferred to a different party due to separation/divorce, tax purposes, decease estate, gifting, etc. Our conveyancers will help you with:

  • Preparing legal paperwork and lodging relevant forms to authorities.

  • Addressing stamp duty related problems.

  • Obtaining consent from bank/lender to facilitate the transfer if there is bank involved.

  • Monitoring the status of the applicable process and following up with the Subdivision department at Land Title Office on the client's behalf.

  • Notifying clients and relevant parties once the title is registered

Off the Plan Purchase

  • Helping you to understand your rights and obligations of the Contract you’re about to sign.

  • After you have successfully purchased a property, we will liaise with the vendor's legal representative and keep you updated in regards to the progress of the settlement timeframe.

  • We will assure all relevant documents are prepared promptly for when the off the plan settlement process starts.
